A large Longchamp (France) Majolica asparagus dish featuring a bunch of asparagus and a flower transferware decoration, then hand-coloured.
 Curved shape allowing a large quantity of asparagus and the sauce to be presented in the two cavities at each end of the dish.

 Rests on two feet. Feel free to present other things than asparagus on this very decorative dish.

 General patinated condition, the colors are brilliant. A small hair to note and a discreet chip under the foot (see last photo).
