Art and gastronomy have always been closely linked during my atypical career.
Freshly graduated from hospitality management school, I changed course and decided to work at the Paris flea market. Caught up in this fascinating world outside of time, I quickly wanted to open my antique shop : 5 years of pure happiness between professional antique markets, auction houses and basket lunch breaks with neighbored merchants !
Then, love and the happenings of life send me to Madagascar, for 8 years of incredible experiences in the hotel industry.
Back in Europe and now a Mom, I decided to ease up work.
On a family restaurant project in Switzerland, my old dream to be pastry chef finally comes true. It is a chalenge, but the concret work and the smiles of the customers are a real satisfaction. It also allows me to give more time to my family life.
The passion of hunting antiques never left me and after a few years in Switzerland, I accumulated beautiful finds.
Add an ecological awareness that grows with the time, and Kitchen Brocante was born.
